Except this time the deal went great I ordered accessories for my 2026 GMC Canyon I took time off work to get it done was told all the accessories were in but to find out only the tonto cover was in I was given a loaner which I had to put gas in so this part of the deal im not to excited about.

Ben Morning is a wonderful salesman! I came out to spitzer's to look at a GMC that I had seen online, and it was sold! My eye caught a beautiful, white SUV sitting there and I asked Ben if it was sold and he said no! I took it for a test drive and when I returned, he said that I was the first one to test drive it and that it hasn't even been through service yet! I told him I wanted it! We have never had a more knowledgeable, and helpful salesperson (Ben Morning). We would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. The only complaint I have which was NOT his fault. The dealership did not clean the car! It wasn't even vacuumed. Stones and leaves still in the interior and smudges on the seats. Leaves under the hood. Cleaning a car should be a given when purchasing a car. We already made 3 trips to the dealership to get things done so I just took the car dirty. Good thing the salesperson, Ben, was so terrific to make up for the garages down fall.

We were going from Cape Cod to Oklahoma and got a flat tire in the midfle of PA. Brand new 2026 Hyundai Palisades . No one had our tire in stock and couldn't get it for 2 days..not even the Hyundai dealer! Spritzer..Sean..had one for us the following morning and got us on our way. Great service, very friendly and accommodating dealership. My husband even said he'd buy a car from them if we lived here!!! And he isn't impressed easily. Spitzer Lower 40 was a good dealership to do business with. They were professional and helpful. They have made some good changes over the past year regarding better inspection of the vehicles for sale, as well as a short warranty on the vehicles. I did believe that the truck was a bit overpriced but it was a fair deal. I appreciate that the truck was detailed and the gas tank was full upon purchase. I would consider doing business there again in the future.
